Burger & Lobster, a London-based concept, opened its first location in the UAE in Dubai, last February, 2017. The menu of Burger & Lobster is rather limited, but with things that made to perfection. Their burgers are made with well marbled Angus beef, and served in a brioche bun, and their fresh lobster is sourced all the way from Scotland, revered for its exceptional lobsters.
To spice things up, head chef at Burger & Lobster Hicham Salama, developed a brand new Tikka Lobster dish, an infusion of a special masala, cooked with double cream, resulting, soft, silky and mild-spicy combination, yet the punchy flavors do not overpower the delicate taste of the lobster, rather gives it a beautiful contrast.
