O Goshi is a takedown movement from a clinch position, throwing the opponent over the shoulder to transition to the armlock, which is a submission that hyperextends the elbow joint in order to neutralize the opponent.

Tomoi Nage is a takedown or sweep movement where you sit back placing the foot on the opponent’s stomach to throw the opponent over your head, then positioning yourself on top of your opponent and transitioning to finish the technique with an armlock to neutralize the opponent.
FLYING ARMBAR

A Flying Armbar is a high-level Jiu-Jitsu technique, where you jump to a standing opponent’s arm taking the opponent to the ground in the process and finishing with the armlock to neutralize the opponent.
YOKO TOMOI – FINISHING WITH KIMURA

Yoko Tomoi is a takedown movement where you sit back placing the foot on the opponent’s hip and turning sideways, then moving to the top, grabbing their wrist while holding their arm and moving to Kimura.
SINGLE LEG

Single leg is a takedown movement where you control and lift one of your opponent’s legs and take him/her down. Once the opponent is taken to the ground the trapped leg is placed into a footlock to neutralize the opponent.
